Not all course components may show as “Complete” in the online Conference platform. This issue does not impact your eligibility for CE/CME. You must self-attest your CE/CME hours at the end of the event (see CE info at https://icurehabnetwork.org/ceu/).

  • With registration, you have access to both the On-Demand and Live formats for the Conference. All Conference presentations are pre-recorded. These presentations are available, on the Conference learning platform, for unlimited viewing from October 19 – December 18, 2023. This viewing is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, until closure of the online Conference platform on December 18, 2023 at 11:59pm Eastern time zone, USA. Via the On-Demand format, you can pause the presentations and then come back later to pick up where you left off. Each presentation, as outlined in the Conference Brochure, is available as a separate presentation for viewing.
  • The “Live Conference” is November 8-11, 2023 (see exact times, in Eastern time zone USA, in the Conference Brochure). The Live Conference includes identical presentations as the On-Demand format and includes live Q&A sessions with the Conference presenters, as well as live poster presentations, and networking sessions. This Live content is delivered via Zoom Webinar to Conference registrants. After the Live Conference, Q&A session and workshop recordings will be uploaded to the Conference platform and available until December 18, 2023.

Given a new Zoom Webinar software feature for 2023, we are pleased to announce that for the Live Conference, captions will be available in >20 languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.

Note that the on-demand Conference format will not have translated captions.  Moreover, all presentations, slides and handout materials are available only in English.

To access translated captions on Zoom Webinar, please follow these steps:

  1. Use Zoom version 5.11.9 or later on a desktop computer. Translated captioning may not be available on tablets or mobile phone Zoom applications
  2. Click the "Show Captions" button at the bottom of the Zoom screen.
  3. Captions will be displayed above the control toolbar. By default, captions are in English.
  4. To translate the captions to another language

Yes, there will be handouts of the slides used for each Conference presentation. These will be available on the Online Conference Platform from Oct. 19 – Dec. 18, 2023. Note that handouts will exclude copyrighted or HIPAA-protected information or images.

There are 6 live, multi-disciplinary workshops on Saturday, November 11, 2023 (see brochure for exact times). These workshops allow you to engage, in a smaller group setting, with Johns Hopkins speakers and clinicians to ask and discuss important questions relevant to the workshop topic. You can view a full list of the workshops offered in the Conference Brochure. The workshops will be recorded and available on the online Conference platform until December 18, 2023.

Yes, there are many live Q&A sessions with the presenters during the Live Conference (November 8 - 11, 2023). Each workshop, and live Q&A session will be recorded and uploaded to the online Conference platform after the end of the Live Conference, and available until December 18, 2023
