Johns Hopkins Activity and Mobility Promotion (AMP)™ Solution is an inter-disciplinary quality improvement approach to addressing the hospital immobility harm with a systematic approach to mobilizing patients. All providers – physicians, physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), nurses- family and patients are targeted. Our protocol involves disseminating the evidence, creating feasible workflows, measuring progress and outcomes and a cycle of engagement, evaluation and education.
